The Aspirant Green system will be introduced in 2007 in response to a strong market demand for homes that were energy smart and environmentally responsible. Aspirant Green outlines four key building and living principles that together create eco friendly homes that are environmentally responsible and ecologically sustainable.

Changing environmental climates over recent years have highlighted water shortage concerns. All Aspirant Green homes feature the water saving systems and are fitted to include the option of onsite water tank storage and water reuse.

Catering for the Florida climate, our clever designs incorporate low e rated windows to reduce heat absorption, high ceilings to promote air flow, Icyene insulation in the ceiling and walls to control heat and cold fluctuations.
Sustainable Building Materials & Practices
Aspirant Green will make every effort to use sustainable natural resources during the building of each home. Current materials used include framing sourced from renewable pine plantations and concrete that utilized recycled aggregates. As more materials become practical and affordable Aspirant Homes will continue to use sustainable materials.
Efficient Power Consumption
With state of the art Ranai instantaneous gas hot water systems, low voltage energy efficient lighting, and gas appliances - Aspirant Homes run smoothly, economically and consume lower amounts of energy.
Aspirant Green will be at a slight increase to a homes cost but the efficiency, reduce utility bill and environment friendly material will pay for itself within the first few years of occupancy. |
