1. What are the steps in getting hired by Aspirant Homes?
Usually a potential Team Member will fill out an online application for one of the current positions that we have open on the website. If your qualifications meet our needs we will contact via phone and ask to meet with you regarding the position you applied for. If the qualification are not meant or there maybe another position open you will be contact via mail.

Many other national builders are unit driven, compensating for slim profit margins by mass-producing “cookie cutter” homes. 3. What happens to my resume once I submit it?
As soon as you submit your resume online, your information is entered into our resume database, and you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your resume. Your resume will be reviewed by our recruiting team and forwarded to the appropriate hiring manager. If your qualifications are a good preliminary match to an open position, one of our recruiters will contact you for additional information and if appropriate, to set up an interview. If you are not contacted by an employee of Aspirant Homes, your information will remain active in our database for one year.

4. Once I have submitted my resume, do I contact you or do I wait for you to contact me?
Our recruiting staff makes every effort to contact qualified applicants immediately. Due to time constraints and the volume of resumes submitted, we are unable to contact every candidate. Response time will vary anywhere from one day, to one month, to possibly never, depending on how your qualifications fit our need in comparison to those of other applicants, and whether or not the position has been filled. We hope you understand that, as much as we would like to personally contact each and every one of the tens of thousands of candidates who apply each month, we are limited by time and must prioritize our responses.
