Frenchtown Village Market Place
Crafted in a unique style, the Frenchtown Village Marketplace will bring the award-winning Aspirant Homes to Frenchtown. This first such village of its kind in Tallahassee, Village Marketplace will consist of 20 townhomes, 15,000 square feet of retail and office space and prelimary plans to add another 20,000 square foot mixed use building. Its pavered marketplace and quaint streets, reminiscent of romantic European villages, will exude the neighborhood feeling so characteristic of Aspirant Homes. The Frenchtown Community Development Corporation is developing this project and is in the final stages of site plan development and review.

Evening Rose Concept House
The Evening Rose concept home will incorporate some of the latest Technology innovations in construction along with environmental friendly green architecture standards. The home is designed to be completely modernized from lighting to plumbing to air condition systems.

This 2500 square foot home will be built and project managed by Cory McFarlane in the first series of the McFarlane Signature Home by Aspirant Homes. The design by Sater Design and modified by Architectural Inspirations will borrow from early 20th century tradition of Spanish Eclectic architecture. This home will be ready for view in early 2008.
