We just had a wonderful experience with your warranty service department manager Bobby.

However, Bobby's service to us during a water line break emergency was outstanding!

The line draining water from one of our air condition units broke late at night this past Tuesday. We found water on the laundry room floor and didn't know what to do. I dug out the paperwork and called a phone number at about 10:30pm. To my surprise the superintendent for my house answered. He was able to answer my questions and know who to call. He told me I would get an immediate call back and again to my surprise, I did!

By 7:00am the next day Bobby called. He immediately went to the house to assess the problem. He had someone there to fix it by early afternoon so the family, my daughter's, could have the A/C restored to the house. He assured me that, due to the way the pipe broke no other damage occurred to the house and the drywall was replaced and room repainted and the warranty would be extended to take care of the expense.

My parents have built many custom homes I lived in growing up, and this is the BEST service experience I've ever had with a builder. No one has been close to this kind of service.

I just want to let you know what a great job Bobby and Jim did.
